BROADCASTING
We offer radio and video content delivered live and on demand over the internet.  Listeners can access our programs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, directly or by podcast.  Our shows are organized into channels grouped around themes, and stations containing channels, within larger subject categories.  We are in the process of launching a Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) and IP TV with Globecast.  The broadcasting will be subscription based with North America as the coverage zone.

HOME SHOPPING
We offer products and services through our Home Shopping Network that are marketed and promoted through our own TV stations as well as through our affiliates. Existing products/services include Super Fuel and TV Box.

MINERAL RIGHTS
Through our mineral rights division, we have acquired the gold mining rights and other mineral rights known as CLS #12 in Ridgecrest, California.  The mineral rights include the right to develop, mine, process, refine, and sell minerals and elements found on the claim including gold, silver, platinum, tungsten, and copper.
 
REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS
Through our real estate investments division we acquired ownership interest in Palaya Venao Development Project in Panama.  Through our joint Venture, we have invested $600,000 for the acquisition of land parcel to build 5 beachfront villas and 20 condominiums.  Further, in association with E-Realty in Los Angeles, California with over 100 real estate agents, we are aggressively pursuing the acquisition of undervalued residential and commercial properties in California as well as other locations.
   

Strategic Business Plan – Zcom is capitalizing in nitch media opportunities by providing distribution and production in a low risk, cost effective manner.  The Company is differentiating itself from the major Media Companies by its ability to maintain a low overhead and cost structure, its ability to be attentive and responsive to client broadcasters, and by its commitment to undertake only those projects that have sound business prospects and attractive profit potential.
